Ioannis is a Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment, management and advisory. He brings real estate development, sustainable investing and green finance expertise.
Ioannis is splitting his time between London and Athens, working closely with international investors and PE firms to originate, underwrite and manage commercial and hospitality real estate investments. In addition, he provides expert advice on green finance mechanisms and promotes strategies for sustainable value creation in commercial property portfolios.
In the past, Ioannis worked for Europa Capital in London, where he oversaw its real estate development investments in Europe. Prior, Ioannis worked for Deloitte in London, where he was involved in a variety of advisory assignments focusing on real estate occupation, management and capital programmes. Ioannis has also conducted corporate budgeting work for Citigroup in Rome.
Ioannis holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London.
