To put sustainability at the hospitality business's core and support leaders to see our industry as a force for good. I started the ESHClub in 2019, I have my online course, and I teach at different universities. University Professor at as ICD Business School, University of Lleida - Faculty of Law, Economics and Tourism, guest lecturer at Cesar Ritz and Geneva School, with a degree in Tourism Management and a Master in Hotel Management, I am a Change Agent Certified in Environmental, Social and Good Corporate Governance leadership skills by the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP).​ Speaker at international industry conferences, I have participated in the Women in Science and Tech Congress WSCITECH19 in Barcelona and the CSW63 and the Sustainable Development Goals Congress in United Nations HQ, New York.​
For more than a decade, I worked in operations at international chains and independent boutique four and five-star luxury properties in London and Barcelona. With an entrepreneurial spirit and higher vision, since 2019, the Founding Partner of The European Sustainable Hospitality Club to support the hospitality industry and business leaders to be a force for good.​ Part of the HospitalityNet Sustainability World Experts Panel member, RaizUp Sustainability Board Member, and Hoteliers Guild Researcher for Human rights issues in Hospitality.
